Three tips that will help you to be prepared on moving day.
Packing Materials
Start early gathering your packing materials. Finding good used boxes online at places that sell and give away items like craigslist or Uhaul locations is a option. Newspaper is a good choice to use for packing paper. Properly packing your items will not only help protect your items but will also save you time and money.
Make sure that you reserve your rental truck several days in advance if needed. Secure a parking space for your truck on moving day. Reserve a time for your elevator if needed. Make sure you have furniture pads,rope or straps if loading your truck. Give notice to all that is required of your moving date and time.

Home Prep.
Disassemble furniture if needed. We also provide that service. Disconnect appliances if needed. Clear all drawers of heavy or breakable items. Do not stack boxes more than four high. Make sure you keep all exits clear.
